These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and outline the rights and obligations of both the tour company and the customer.   1. Booking and Payment:

1.1 Tour Bookings: To book a tour with Mo’s Matakana Island Tour, you must complete the booking process either online, over the phone, or in person. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

1.2 Payment: Payment for the tour must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including cards, bank transfers, or cash. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds:

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel your tour booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

2.2 Cancellation by Mo’s Matakana Island Tour: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

2.3 No-shows: If you fail to join a tour without prior notice or arrive late for the tour, no refunds will be provided.

 

  1. Changes to Bookings:

3.1 Changes by the Customer: If you wish to make changes to your tour booking, such as rescheduling or adding participants, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3.2 Changes by Mo’s Matakana Island Tour: We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries, schedules, or other aspects of the tour due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or safety concerns.   1. Participant Responsibilities:

4.1 Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the tour activities. If you have any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate, please inform us at the time of booking.

4.2 Conduct: Participants are expected to behave responsibly, follow any instructions given by the tour guide, and respect the rights and safety of others. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from the tour if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of local laws.

 

  1. Liability:

5.1 Limitation of Liability: Mo’s Matakana Island Tour and its representatives will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.2 Assumption of Risk: Participation in outdoor activities, such as tours, involves inherent risks.
